"I created WIT because I believe that you're never too young to make a big difference! There's nothing I love more than seeing a teen realize that they can start creating the life and business they want....now!"
"If I had to pick one thing I love about working at WIT (which is hard because I enjoy it all), it would be knowing I'm supporting a noble cause: teens learning how to be thinkers, creators, and leaders who want to contribute to our global community by helping others. Does it get any better... Really?"
WIT Carmel Valley, San Diego Facilitator
"WIT is an amazing organization to work for because I get to empower and support students in putting their brilliant ideas into action, while making their dreams become reality. I wish I had this kind of opportunity as a high school student. I also love what WIT stands for - doing Whatever It Takes is a great mantra for life."

"My favorite part about working at WIT is seeing the passion and dedication that the teens put into their enterprises - all of them have unique and amazing ideas. It just proves you are never too young to start your own business."

"I love that WIT teens learn to recognize opportunities to grow their project as well as to embrace failure as just part of the journey to success. The successes WIT teens experience, as a result of doing Whatever It Takes for their enterprises, gives them confidence and an understanding of what they need to do to be successful in their future."

WIT is a fantastic place for high school teens to explore their passions while experiencing entrepreneurship in a risk-free environment. These students are bright, driven and tenacious. I love having the opportunity to work with them. Each week, they inspire and surprise me with their innovative mindsets and ability to do Whatever It Takes.

When you are willing to do "Whatever It Takes" there are really no barriers in life! I started 2 businesses out of college: reForm Pilates and Punch::List. I also worked side by side the founder of YETI... a crash-course in doing whatever it takes. Helping our next generation of entrepreneurs learn how to do WIT is so rewarding as I’m able to see growth in their confidence and an understanding of what they need to do to be successful in their future.
