Your Teen Is Doing What They’re Supposed To Do.
But Is It Preparing Them For What’s Next?

They’re going to school. Taking the classes. Doing the activities.

But as the college admissions process continues to change and the workforce continues to evolve—it’s fair to wonder:

Is school alone setting my teen up for success and giving my teen the experiences they need to navigate what comes next?

Because the skills they'll need aren't developed by simply checking the right boxes.

They need opportunities to solve real problems, make decisions, communicate their ideas, adapt when something doesn't work, take initiative, and follow through.

That’s where WIT Coaching comes in.

WIT Coaching gives teens a place to put those skills into practice by identifying something they care about and building something real around it—with a trusted mentor alongside them.

Small Group Coaching + Personalized 1:1 Coaching

Working with Sarah changed my daughter’s life. Yes, she developed and launched a business, but the confidence she built was the best outcome of the entire experience.

You See Their Potential.

Maybe your teen has an idea but doesn't know what to do with it.

Maybe they're successful in school but haven't found something that feels truly theirs.

Or maybe you simply know they're capable of more—and you're looking for someone who can help bring that out of them.

That's where Coaching starts. Not with a predetermined curriculum.
With your teen.

Sometimes They Need To Hear It From Someone Besides You.

WIT Coaching teen Sara Sigal on CBS8

WIT gives your teen another trusted adult in their corner.

Someone who sees their potential, expects them to follow through, helps them work through obstacles, and gives them the space to take ownership of what they're creating.

Because eventually, they need to be able to say:

“I did this.”

Not because a parent told them to.

Not because it was assigned.

Because they decided something mattered enough to pursue—and followed through.

This Isn't Another Class.

WIT isn't designed to replace your teen's teachers, tutors, coaches, or college counselor.

WIT does something different.

School teaches assigned curriculum for all students.

A college counselor can help your teen communicate the story of what they've accomplished.

WIT designs a program specific to your teen and
gives them the opportunity to create something worth telling a story about.

Through that process, they practice making decisions, solving problems, communicating ideas, taking initiative, adapting, and following through.

WIT works with multiple college coaches who need their students to create something unique, measurable, sustainable, and impactful.

WHY ENTREPRENEURSHIP?

Your Teen Doesn't Have To Become An Entrepreneur.

But they need to know how to think like one.

AI will change.

The workforce will change.

The path your teen takes will probably change, too.

An entrepreneurial mindset teaches teens to look at what's in front of them, identify possibilities, solve problems, make decisions, adapt, and create opportunities.

One of the best ways to develop those skills is to use them.

Entrepreneurship is the vehicle.
Preparing your teen for life is the goal.

Tyden was in WIT 1:1 Coaching and WIT Amplify for 2 years.

One Goal.
Two Ways To Be Coached.

Every teen is different.

Some thrive when they're surrounded by other motivated young people building alongside them.

Others need a highly personalized experience built around their specific goals, schedule, and timeline.

WIT offers both.

THE WIT COACHING PROCESS

From Potential To Action.

No two teens will build the same thing.

But the Coaching journey follows the same progression.

1. DISCOVER

Find what's worth pursuing.

Your teen gets clear on the idea, problem, interest, or existing project they want to take further—and what they actually want to accomplish with it.

They leave this stage with direction and ownership.

2. DEVELOP

Turn the idea into something real.

They make decisions, test ideas, solve problems, ask for help, communicate with others, receive feedback, and learn how to keep moving when the first plan doesn't work.

They leave this stage with something tangible they've developed through their own effort and decisions.

3. LAUNCH

Put it into the world.

Your teen moves beyond planning and takes action—launching, testing, selling, publishing, presenting, hosting, or sharing what they've created.

They leave with real-world experience—and the confidence that comes from being able to say, “I did this.”

WHAT COULD YOUR TEEN BUILD?

There Is No Predetermined Project.

Depending on their interests and goals, WIT teens have built:

  • Businesses

  • Nonprofits

  • Products and apps

  • Community initiatives

  • Podcasts

  • Research projects

  • Events

  • Social-impact campaigns

  • Creative projects

  • Movements and awareness campaigns

What they build is personal.
The impact they make is measurable.

The Choose You project was launched to address the youth obesity epidemic. The American Medical Association approved and vetted the curriculum that was created by teens!

They Build More Than The Project.

Real-world work requires teens to practice things that are difficult to teach through a worksheet, lecture, or résumé-building activity.

They learn to:

✓ Make decisions without always knowing the “right” answer
✓ Communicate an idea so other people understand it
✓ Ask for help, feedback, and introductions
✓ Solve problems when the original plan doesn't work
✓ Take responsibility for deadlines and outcomes
✓ Follow through after the initial excitement wears off
✓ Advocate for themselves
✓ Create opportunities instead of waiting for them

The WIT project gives them a place to develop the skills.
They take the skills into college, work, and life.

Is WIT Coaching Right For Your Teen?

WIT Coaching is a strong fit for a teen who:

✓ Has an idea but needs help turning it into action

✓ Has lots of interests and potential but hasn't found the thing that feels truly theirs

✓ Has already started something and needs strategy, mentorship, or accountability to take it further

✓ Would benefit from having a trusted adult outside the family challenge and support them

✓ Wants real-world experience beyond what they're getting in school

✓ Is willing to take ownership and actually do the work

WIT Coaching probably isn't the right fit if...

Your teen is looking for another passive class, a résumé line, or someone else to do the work for them.

WIT provides the mentorship, strategy, structure, accountability, and support.

Your teen does the building.

Still Wondering If Coaching Is The Right Next Step?

“My teen already has a lot going on.”

That's part of the point.

WIT isn't about adding another disconnected activity to their schedule. It's about helping your teen identify something that matters to them, take ownership of it, and go deeper instead of simply accumulating more things to put on a résumé.

“My teen already has a college counselor.”

Great. WIT isn't a replacement.

A college counselor can help your teen communicate the story of what they've done.

WIT helps them do something worth telling a story about.

“What if they don't know what they want to build?”

They don't need to.

Identifying what's worth pursuing can be part of the Coaching process.

“What if my teen doesn't want to become an entrepreneur?”

They don't have to.

Entrepreneurship is how WIT gives teens a place to practice initiative, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and ownership.

Those skills matter regardless of what career they eventually choose.

You Can't Predict the World They're Going to Enter.

Neither can WIT.

AI will change. Careers will change. College admissions will change. And the opportunities available to teens will keep changing.

What we can do is prepare them to know what to do when things change.

To see a problem and start solving it.
To have an idea and do something with it.
To communicate, adapt, ask for help, take ownership, and keep going when the first plan doesn't work.

That's why we created WIT Coaching.

Not because every teen needs to become an entrepreneur.

Because every teen needs opportunities to discover what they're capable of—and the confidence to know they can figure out what comes next.

If you're looking at your teen thinking, I know they're capable of more. I want to help set them up for success - WIT Coaching is the next step.

Choose the path that fits your teen.
